If for any reason, you did not receive the correct item or defective item, our policy is that we are notified within 5 days total of delivery of the item(s) shown on the carrier website such as USPS or UPS, after this time we will not accept any claim. We are unable to change sizes or cancel orders. All shipments come with tracking and you can opt to add insurance or signature delivery.
