Ladies & Gents! Let's still move forward if you have an upcoming event. We're here to help you along the way.

We wish you all the best right now, please know we're around and ready to take your call, text or email. Our hours are limited but we're around! In Person appointments are now back, but are limited. We thank you for your patience and patronage in advance. The policies listed online we will honor for every customer and the policy is the same for all customers.  We know some can't make it down to see us, but you can order online, shipping is on us! 

We are closely monitoring news and reports from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), you can visit the CDC website here. We are taking precautionary measures to ensure the safety of our clients and staff. As the situation continues to evolve, we're working hard to minimize any disruptions & get items shipped out right away.

What we're doing during this time

This coronavirus will not get us down! Let's work together, carry on and support each other. We're closely watching everyone's event dates and doing our best to follow up with all of vendors/brands. In an effort to maintain a healthy environment,​ with the given Coronavirus situation we are being precautionary in an effort to protect & provide safety to all of us. When receiving, packaging and preparing your shipment, please be rest assured, we're following & have always handled packages with the utmost highest hygiene procedures & with new notes from government health authorities about precautionary measures. We are cleaning any touch points,wiping down store handles and hand washing quite often in addition to using hand sanitizer. 

  

Appointments & Virtual Options

We have added back in store appointments, please see the appointment page for details. We have added some Virtual Options you can use now such as Try On Samples thru mail, scheduling a consultation call or requesting more detailed photos of your top 5 dresses, you choose the 5 you from our list and we will put them on a Mannequin for a fee, see the appointment page. If your worried about an appointment or hours of availability, please place your order online with free us shipping. 

  

Previously placed orders

If you placed your order before January 30th, we will see a slight delay in shipping your bridesmaids dress. Our customer service team is hard at work following up with our vendors regarding the COVID-19 and we ask for everyone’s patience and understanding during this incredibly busy time with customers calling in asking about orders. If you are a registered bridal party, the bride would usually update all of the bridesmaids with all communications with the store about the delay. If you have not heard from the Bride or would like another update, please feel free to contact us. 

We are unable to rush the production of any orders for Watters- Wtoo Collection. We recommend placing your orders at least 4-5 months before your event date to ensure you have it on time for your event.

If your order ship date has passed and you have not heard from us, please go ahead and reach out to us via email with your order number and event date. We have been trying to update everyone, we do apologize if you have not received a call yet. Often times, we chat with the bride and she alerts all of her bridesmaids about any delays, to preclude multiple phone calls.

Bel Aire is not taking any rush orders at this time.

Packages

People are asking if the virus lives on packages. This is direct from the CDC. "In general, because of poor survivability of these coronaviruses on surfaces, there is likely very low risk of spread from products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient temperatures. Coronaviruses are generally thought to be spread most often by respiratory droplets. Currently there is no evidence to support transmission of COVID-19 associated with imported goods and there have not been any cases of COVID-19 in the United States associated with imported goods. Information will be provided on the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) website as it becomes available".
