**All Pick Ups are By Appointment Only based on availability**

In Store is now available at checkout


For our local customers, we have In Store Pick Up Services for certain collections and the guidelines below. This service is perfect for gift-giving especially when your lucky recipient lives here and your a mom buying a wedding item for your daughter or maybe you just like the Convenience Factor. Picking up can save 2-3 days of shipping time. 


Note: The same processing time will apply for in store pick up.  For example, if you place an order and the items show it will take 7-10 days to ship to you, your item will not be ready for pick up until 7 to 10 days. Please do not place an order and then call to for pick up the same day, we do not offer same day pick up on any merchandise. This service is simply the same as ordering online, just picking it up and instead of having it delivered to your doorstep.

Present your ID, Invoice Copy & your Order#. We’ll bring out your items & answer any questions



Pick Up Guidelines

  1. Purchases must be over $499+ to qualify for in store pick up - Choose option at checkout
  2. All Pick Ups are By Appointment Only based on availability
  3. Pick Ups are solely picking up your item & all online policies apply for returns  
  4. Not satisfied with a product? We would be happy to process your return via online
  5. You will not be able to try on your merchandise, this is solely a pick up service only
  6. Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID, credit card used to order & your order#
  7. You will get a call and email when your merchandise is packaged & ready for pick up service
  8. If you purchased multiple items, you can wait until all the items are ready for pickup or pick them up as they become available



How to use this service

  1. Please understand, In Store Pickup does not speed up your processing time. If your item shows it will take 2-3 weeks to ship, we will contact you in 2-3 weeks to arrange an appointment for pick up.  
  2. During checkout, select In Store Pickup. 
  3. Finish placing your order. We'll send you an email when your items are ready for pickup 
  4. Most items are not available for asap pick up as we are Specialty Store, most items are made to order or have set processing times
  5. To switch from In Store Pick Up to Shipping, please call us for approval to make this change at least 5 business days prior to pick up



Adding a Pickup Person for In-Store Pickup

If you ordered with in-store pickup, and you'd like someone else to pick up your order, you can add their name and contact information during checkout comments.

If you've already checked out but would like to change the existing pickup person:

  1. Go to "Account" and Log In
  2. Click on the order number to see the full details for this order.
  3. Send a message to us inside your account. This must be done at least 24 hours prior to pick up
  4. We will need the Full Name, Phone Number and Email Address of the pick up person
