RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We know that many of our customers are buying for a special event and you need a little time to see if something matches or fits just right. We'll always do our best to take care of customers. We guarantee that we'll hold up to our policy 100% for every customer. It's just how we want to do business with you and maintain a good relationship with you.
What are the Return Guidelines?
- You have 10 days total including weekends and holidays (Christmas Day, New Years Day & Thanksgiving Day we don't count 2 days before or 2 days after these holidays) for items that are returnable & only 3 business days only for Milano Dresses from the date of the carrier delivery to notify us your desire to return. Our return form is time stamped and you will receive a confirmation email within minutes of submitting your Return Form. After you have been issued an Return Authorization Number, you have 5 total days to send your tracking number, the item MUST be postmarked by the 5th day or the return will not be accepted (15 days total combined time)

- Returns will not be accepted after your Wedding or Event date
- Returns must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean & free of lint and hair with no markings
- Our return address only accepts Authorized Pre-Approved Packages. Returns can only be sent back with approval. The return address is NOT the same as our store address
What items are non-returnable, non-refundable or non-exchangeable?
Return Requests past the 10 days or 3 business days for Milano will not be accepted for any reason. We DO NOT take returns, exchanges or store credits on Bridesmaids Dresses or Any Flower Girl or Junior Dresses (*Dessy in stock bridesmaids are returnable, unaltered and unworn to your event), Any items from the Erica Koesler Collection, Altered Items, Furs, Slips, Earrings, Garment Bags, Bridal Veil/Hanger Clips, All Jewelry (except Kenneth Jay Lane is returnable) Junior Bridesmaids, Mens Ties or Mens Accessories, Undergarments/Slips, Bras, Dyed shoes, Wedding Veils WITH additional sewn/velcro blushers added to your veil, length shortening or any custom modification will not be accepted for a return due to customization. Any Colored Wedding Veils or Bridal Sashes/Belts such as champagne, pink, alabaster, oyster, gold, rum pink, black, light mocha, blush veils & light gold are non-returnable.
What if I need to get new merchandise before my return is complete?
New merchandise or replacements cannot be shipped out unless you place a new order as we do not offer exchanges. You will have to place a new order for your new merchandise with the current processing times. Your new return is sole and separate from the new purchase. We would be happy to find a faster option, if needed, just call us.
Can I cancel my order?
Our order fulfillment and shipping platform are designed to send orders very efficiently with sensitive shipping dates. Our processing begins as soon as an order has been placed, therefore we cannot change, cancel, transfer funds, exchange for something else or modify orders. If you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order and need to make a small change, that may be doable. If you approved a special order or special dates for your order and then change your mind, we cannot cancel your order. We are niche boutique and most merchandise is custom ordered to your specifications just for you.
Will you refund my original payment method?
Absolutely! The refunds will go to your original payment minus the return fees below for your category in US dollars only
What can I expect to be deducted out of my return?
Your refund will be minus any Free Shipping Fees, Rush Fees & and the Original Shipping charge of your order is non-refundable. Any Free promotional items such hanger clips, garment bags, etc. are not returnable and will be charged full price. If you received a free garment bag; we will deduct out the full price for that item.
What are the next steps to process my return?
Credit Card refunds are done on the 28th of every month.We'll credit your original account of payment during that time, which will show on your next statement for credit card returns, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. Start your return by filling out the return form below within 10 days or 3 business days for Milano Dresses and once submitted you will see a confirmation email with more information.
