Bella Mera Bridal guarantees your complete satisfaction with every product we sell and every purchase you make, and have implemented a simple return policy. We will gladly authorize exchange returns or store credits of UNWORN MERCHANDISE within 7 business days and a $10.00 exchange/return will apply . No Cash Value Refunds. Ivory dyed shoes cannot be returned. Rush Fees and Handling fees are not refunded. If your shoes does not fit, it would be returned for store credit. If you are requesting a new size and it's not available, a store credit would still be issued.
Be sure to try your shoes indoors on a carpeted surface before wearing them outside. This will allow you to test the fit without risk of damage. Any product you wish to return must be sent in its original packaging and in the exact condition in which it was received. We cannot accept returns for used merchandise. Please note that the original shipping charge of your order is non-refundable.
Pack shoes in their shoe boxes just as you received them and place in cardboard shipping box. Shoes damaged during return shipment due to negligent packing will not be accepted.
Shipping Fees will automatically be charged on all exchanges.
Custom dyed and custom decorated shoes are not returnable
Try your shoes on a soft surface so they are returnable (do not walk on pavement, sidewalk, rocks, etc)
Must be returned via UPS/FedEx
If alternate carriers are used please understand lost shipments are not the responsibility of Bella Mera Bridal
Exchange Process and Timeframe
Please open your item right away to ensure upon receiving. If you have any issues with your order, please email order@bellamerabridal.com or call 888-200-7820. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, it will be replaced for the exact same item.
When you email us, please include the following:
Name and address where items were shipped
Date ordered
Style number
Date received
Reason for exchange
Once these items have submitted your return has to be approved. We will issue you a RA# (return authorization) number to include with your return. All requests for an RA# are answered via email with simple instructions.
A credit will not be authorized if the returned merchandise has been damaged through shipment back to our warehouse. All returned and exchanged items are subject to final inspection & we advise to insure it back to us.
The item must be returned with original packaging, original tags, unworn, and must be postmarked prior to your wear/need date. **Items cannot be returned worn**. They must be saleable condition. We cannot except returned items on/after your wedding/event date. We understand everyone wants a new product, and we cannot accept returns in worn condition. We adhere to this policy very strictly. If you are missing any of the return items, your return will be voided.
You are responsible for all shipping, returns and exchange shipping fees unless the product is defective do to our error. You must ship via UPS, or major shipping company with a tracking number. For those orders, which received Free Shipping, we will deduct the shipping fee we had to incur to ship the product(s) to you.
You should expect to receive your exchange/credit when the merchandise it returned and processed (approx:10 days). This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it.

We are unable to offer exchanges for orders during the return process. If you would like another item simply place a new order.
If you have account, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
