Are the prices the same in store that I see online?

At times we do have in-store specials and bridal party promotions in-store. For all other items, the prices and policies in our physical store are not always equal to the price online. We accept orders online to give our customers the convenience of purchasing their accessory, dress or gown directly from our website without the time and expense that we incur when you experience our personal customer service in our physical retail location. We do offer private fitting rooms and consultations for in-store service.


Can I view all the items online in your store?

Our in-store private showroom features select items from our designers. Therefore, we don't have everything you see listed online in our showroom. We can surely try to assist with your search and most items can always be ordered if you see it online.


What is available in your showroom for viewing?

At your appointment, you will be able to try on and view various lengths of Wedding Veils, Bridesmaids Dresses, Alternative Bridal Dresses, Tiaras, Crowns, Sashes, Combs, Headpieces, Hair Pins, Jewelry, Viscose Blend Pashminas & final touch accessories. Last minute supplies for final fittings such as push bra cups or standard dress bra cups, bustiers and invisible bras plus Fabric Breathable Bags, Extra Large Garment Bags or Muslin Cotton Garment bags for special garments like wedding veils, wedding gowns, wraps, tuxedos, bridesmaids dresses, formal wear dresses & quinceanera dresses.

Gown Preservation Kits also on display. Vintage gowns, veils and christening/baptism gowns also available for preservation. Gown Only cleaning services is available without preservation. We welcome you to bring your gown in for gown preservation consultations or any accessory or veil consultation. Swatches for Watters/Wtoo, Dessy, Bill Levkoff and Wedding Veil colors on display.


I am local; how can I schedule an appointment?

We would love to schedule an appointment for you.  We are By Appointment in store and require advance appointments for in store services. Online & In Store Prices and Policies will differ, so if you see a price listed here, it may not be the same in store.  


Can I come and try on merchandise before buying online?

At this time, we do not offer a fitting room or try on services for our online customers.  If you to want visit, your more then welcome to schedule an appointment, but your purchase will be at in store prices only. Our in store retail prices in store reflect the time, consultation and personal one to one service. We may not have every style listed on our website in the physical store for trying on. Please note that we do not measure in store unless you're actually making a purchase in store.
