Dulles Food Pantry

The Dulles South Food Pantry will be open Wednesday, December 16th from 5-7 pm for food distribution.

If you know a family in need here in Virginia & are interested in receiving food and cannot get to the pantry - call Bella Mera Bridal at 540-687-6875, we can help them out.

They now offer a community ride service to the pantry.

Clothing
Sharehouse is a free monthly community exchange/giveaway of clothing. 2 bags of clothing are provided to families in need. Sharehouse is open this month on January 11th from 4:30-6:00pm. Donations are welcome the Sundays prior to distribution (1pm-3pm) or anytime in the donation bins.

A referral is needed in order to get assistance to their holiday programs. The Fairfax County Public School or the government can provide this if needed. The Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas programs they administer are a last resort. Applicants can’t be participating in any other services from another local church or charity.

Free food baskets and meals may be served to the needy as well as canned items. It operates during both Thanksgiving as well as Christmas. There may also be small toys for children and teenagers as well as items for single moms or parents. FISH may also have clothing and other items for children from the community that qualify for help. Applications and registration is of course needed.

Businesses and others from the community donate toys, clothing, games, shoes and other items. The goods are then provided for free to those that are less fortunate. The national non-profit matches low income children, infants and families with donors to assist them in receiving free holiday assistance, such as toys clothing, gift certificates, and food vouchers
