Refunds are available to your original payment with a return fee for some merchandise, not all merchandise is returnable. We do not offer exchanges, if you want new merchandise, a new order will have to be placed online.Your refund will be minus any Free Shipping Fees, Rush Fees & and the Original Shipping charge of your order is non-refundable. Any Free promotional items such hanger clips, garment bags, silicone bras etc. are not returnable and will be charged full price. Any free promotional item is charged full price and will be deducted out the return. Veils that are ivory, white and diamond white under 108" inches can be returned with a fee.

- All Bridesmaids Dresses [Except quick ship dresses that are clearly marked quick shipped usually shipped in 10 days or less]
- Flower Girl Dresses
- Bras, Slips, Petticoats & Bra Cups
- Personalized and dyed items are final sale
- All bridesmaids dress are final sale that take 2 or more weeks to be delivered and Rush is never refundable
- All wedding veils over 108" inches are non-returnable
- Veils with custom blushers added and wedding veil colors or sashes that are gold,oyster, shimmer/glitter, blush, black, mocha, rum pink and champagne are non-returnable
- Any items from the Erica Koesler Collection, Altered Items, Glass items, Ceremony Items, Reception Accessories, Jewelry, Furs, Slips, Earrings, Necklaces, Garment Bags
- Refunds are equal to the order total minus the discount (if any), minus any free shipping and rush fees are non-refundable
More Return F.A.Q:
1. Can I get a replacement before I send this item back?
You will have to place a new order for your new merchandise with the current processing times. Your new return is sole and separate from the new purchase. New merchandise or replacements cannot be shipped out unless you place a new order as we do not offer exchanges. We would be happy to find a faster option, if needed, just call us. If you used a coupon on your original order, we will not apply that coupon to a new order. You have to use what current coupons are available at the time of the new purchase.
2. Can I cancel my order before shipment?
Our order platform and shipping systems are designed to send orders right away to our manufactures with sensitive shipping dates. Therefore we cannot change, cancel, transfer funds or exchange goods. If you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order and need to make a small change, that may be doable. If you approved a special order or special dates for your order and then change your mind, we cannot cancel your order. We are niche boutique and most merchandise is custom ordered to your specifications just for you. Our vendor don't take cancellations in midstream of ordering. If your event cancels, we still cannot cancel your order.
3. Do I have to pay for return fees or return shipping?
Yes, all returns have a fee. Shipping, Rush Fees or Free Shipping Charges are always non-refundable, unless we made an error. Your are responsible for any shipping fee to return.
