Return/Terms/Conditions

Thank you for reviewing our policies before making your purchase. Please note the following important guidelines:

Refunds are made in store credit only minus the return fees. Any store credit is available for purchases on BellaMeraBridal.com. Balances on online credits never expire and cannot be converted to a refund. 10 DAYS TOTAL TO REQUEST A RETURN FROM THE DAY IT WAS. DELIVERED.

  • We only offer store credits for any return 

  • A return fee will apply to any return request, as outlined below. Most items are subject to a 20% return fee.

  • Rush fees and shipping costs are non-refundable. All rush orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and process your return separately.

  • Our return policy is available online 24/7 prior to any purchase.

  • We guarantee that you will receive your order in the correct size, color, and specifications. If an error occurs, we will correct it promptly and fairly.

  • International sales are final sale. Any duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Any chargebacks or payment disputes will automatically void the return policy.

  • Canceling orders in progress may incur a 35% cancellation/restocking fee, as most items are final sale. See details below. Any approved cancellations will be refunded minus the 35% fee.

Rush Orders and Expedited Shippings are ALWAYS non-refundable & FINAL SALE:

The date on the invoice serves as a suggested or preferred delivery date. If you specify that you need something by 8/10/24 and you’ve ordered a custom item with a production time of 2–5 weeks as indicated on your invoice, the item will not ship sooner than 2–5 weeks just because you entered a “date needed by.” We follow your order exactly as placed. We do not provide free shipping upgrades simply because you want the item by a certain date. If you require an item by a specific date, you must ensure you’ve selected the appropriate shipping method or rush option during checkout.

Orders placed on weekends when a holiday falls on Monday or Tuesday will not be processed until two business days after the holiday. Please avoid placing rush orders for items around national holidays; while we will expedite your order, it will not be processed on days when USPS or UPS are closed. Please note that expedited fees are always non-refundable.

If you place a 1-3 business day rush order on the weekend, the business days will begin counting after ANY holiday, shown HERE plus an additional 2 days. Please note that days when we are closed do not count as part of the rush period.

Ordering:
Please allow ample time for shipping, processing, and any necessary alterations or appointments.

Belt and Veil Colors:
All belts and veils in white are final sale.

Dress Colors:
While we strive to represent colors as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your monitor will match the actual garment. Variations in lighting, reflections in original photographs, and differences in computer monitors and printers may cause color tones to appear different from the actual fabric. Swatches are provided online; if you are unsure about a color before ordering, please contact us prior to placing your order. We recommend visiting your local retailer to view the designer's swatch color chart or confirming with the bride that she has approved your chosen color. Dresses are ordered in the color listed on your invoice, and the customer is responsible for the color selected. Dress colors cannot be compared across different manufacturers or by searching for a color online.

Sizing:
Customers are solely responsible for selecting their own size online, not based on verbal recommendations. Measurements and sizes are based on U.S. sizing standards. Please note that measurements are used to determine the closest size on the size chart, and the garment will not be custom-made to your exact measurements. You are responsible for selecting a size that will accommodate your measurements.

Processing Times:
If your item shows a processing time of 3–5 weeks, it will ship sometime within that 3 to 5 week window. Rush services and shipping are two separate options. For example, if you select a 10-day rush on the product page and choose Overnight UPS shipping, your item will be ready to ship in 10 days and will be sent via Overnight UPS once it is ready.

Order Cancellations & Changes

We do not accept order cancellations in midstream or via email. If your order is eligible for return, you must return the merchandise, pay the applicable return fee, and cover all shipping costs.

To request a cancellation, you must call us at 888-200-7820 to speak with a representative and obtain a Cancel Confirmation Number. Please note that sending an email does not cancel your order; cancellations are only processed by phone.

Our order fulfillment and shipping platform is highly automated and begins processing orders immediately, even after hours. As a result, we are unable to change, cancel, or modify orders once they have been placed.

In rare cases, we may be able to process a cancellation for a 35% cancellation fee. If you are part of a bridal party and request cancellations for multiple orders, a 35% fee will be charged for each order canceled due to the time and administrative work involved. However, cancellations are not guaranteed and are handled at our discretion.

Unclaimed/Returned to Sender Packages

If a package is returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable, we will contact you at the email address provided on your invoice. As a one-time courtesy, we will attempt to resend the package to the same address if we do not receive written instructions from you at Support@BellaMeraBridal.com. Standard shipping charges will apply, and your credit card will be billed for the new shipment.

We are only obligated to mail your item to the address provided on your invoice. You are responsible for providing a correct, secure address and for retrieving your own mail. If we do not receive a response, we will attempt to contact you for an alternate address. If the package is resent, your account will incur a $75 fee for domestic shipments and up to $250 for international shipments.

If the item is returned to us a second time, we will notify your credit card company that multiple contact attempts were made. The merchandise will then be considered abandoned, and you will forfeit your claim to it.

Refunds will not be honored for unclaimed or returned-to-sender packages, as most items are final sale. Shipping and rush charges are non-refundable.

Return Policy for Tiaras, Veils, Headpieces, Sashes, and Accessories

(International Orders Excluded)

  • All rush orders are final sale.

  • Tiaras purchased with jewelry sets are NOT returnable.

  • Accessories purchased with matching jewelry are NOT returnable.

  • Bulk orders (two or more items from the same category in one order, such as two veils, two belts, or two crowns) are considered final sale.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of the delivery date as shown by the carrier tracking.

All Dresses are final sale

                         ANY dress from Adult to Flower Girls and Children's are final sale. They cannot be returned.

Return Merchandise Authorization Number

If your return is approved and you meet the return criteria listed for your category below, we will gladly issue your Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Your RMA number expires 5 days after the date it was created, we do require you to send your tracking number within 5 days & it should be postmarked by the 5th day. No returns are accepted unless the package bears our Return Authorization Number.

Return Condition

Returns must be in original condition - security tags cannot be removed, original tags in the same place, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean & free of lint and hair with no markings. Once any tag has been removed, an item cannot be returned or after your wedding date.

Your refund will be minus the return fee, any rush fees you pre-paid & shipping charges. Free shipping is deducted and your original shipping paid is non-refundable since this has been exhausted already shipping the item to you. Any Free promotional items such hanger clips, garment bags, silicone bras etc. are not returnable and will be charged full price. Any free promotional item is charged full price and will be deducted out the return. See the Return Fees section below for your return fee cost. If you more then 4 items and we ship out several shipments and you return an item; you will be charged for the shipping fees incurred.

Formal Wear Dresses, jumpers, two pieces, halters, bridesmaids, Flower Girl Dresses, All Dessy Collections, Rosebuds Flower Girls or any dress on the website that is special ordered for you with a ship date over 2 weeks, this indicates the dress being special ordered for you. A formal wear dress consists of Bill Levkoff Dresses, Alfred Sung Dresses, After Six Dresses, Jenny Packham Dresses, Dessy Dresses, Levkoff Dresses, Junior Dresses & Flower Girl Dresses
  • Any items in ordered in White is Final sale
  • Any return not requested within the 10 Days 
  • Tuxedos, Ties, Scarfs, Pashminas, Cravats & Pocket Squares
  • ALL RUSH ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE AND NON-REFUNDABLE
  • Tiaras with Jewelry Sets are final

  • Items with any tags missing and not attached to the item
  • Veils with custom blushers added
  • Wedding veil colors or sashes that are white, gold, oyster, shimmer/glitter, blush, black, mocha, rum pink and champagne. Any veils modified are final sale. Any veil requested to be cut shorter or made longer is final sale.
  • Any items from the Erica Koesler Collection
  • ALL INTERNATIONAL IS FINAL SALE
  • Undergarments/Slips, Silicone Bras, Petticoats, Flatter me Bras, Bra/bra cups are final sale 

 

You will have to place a new order for your new merchandise with the current processing times. Your new return is sole and separate from the new purchase. New merchandise or replacements cannot be shipped out unless you place a new order as we do not offer exchanges. We would be happy to find a faster option, if needed, just call us. If you used a coupon on your original order, we will not apply that coupon to a new order. You have to use what current coupons are available at the time of the new purchase. 

Our order platform and shipping systems are designed to send orders right away to our manufactures with sensitive shipping dates. Therefore we cannot change, cancel, transfer funds or exchange goods. If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and need to make a small change, that may be doable. If you approved a special order or special dates for your order and then change your mind, we cannot cancel your order. We are a specialty boutique and most merchandise is special ordered. Our vendors don't take cancellations in midstream of ordering. Sending an email asking telling us to cancel your order is not a cancellation. **Please see your invoice for the cancellation policy, at times we may possibly be able to cancel for a 30% cancellation fee, if your bridal party placed orders and you ask for cancellations, it would be 35% fee charged for each ordered cancelled due to the time and admin work for your party, but not guaranteed**

 

 

Shipping, Rush Fees or Free Shipping Charges are always non-refundable, unless we made an error. You are responsible for any shipping fee to return. Return are not accepted for items under $25.00. We guarantee all merchandise and authenticity.

Wedding veils are non-exchangeable. If you require another color or new veil, a new order will have to be placed and you will have to process the return for your current one. Shoes must be unworn with no toe markings or worn bottoms. **Returns are not accepted after your wedding date for any reason** Any free shipping is deducted from your return. All items in white are final sale, all jewelry is final sale and all sashes above $150 are final sale. For bulk purchases, buying two of the same item to choose which one you like best automatically voids the return and makes it a final sale. You can find more details in our return policy here.  Please do not order if your unsure of an item or ask questions first. ALL RUSH ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE AND NON-REFUNDABLE

 

 

All merchandise shipped is brand new and packaged properly when shipped. We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves for shipping and photos of your product will be compared to the original photos when the shipment was sent out if your making a claim. We photograph merchandise upon shipment with your packing slip and the box before shipment. For defective or damaged items, any damage claims must be reported within 3 days of receiving the shipment from the carrier (THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO INTERNATIONAL, ALL CLAIMS MUST BE DONE WITH THE CARRIER and YOU HAVE TO REQUEST EXTRA INSURANCE IF YOU WANT YOUR PACKAGE TO BE INSURED, WE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY INSURANCE FOR YOU)We will not accept returns because you ordered the wrong size, chose the wrong color, accidentally damaged your item or the event cancels. To report such items, contact us within 3 days of delivery from the carrier website via Support@BellaMeraBridal.com & verbally at 888-200-7820. Insurance is available at checkout should your package be damaged, this cannot be added on after your item is delivered. We will require photos of any damage in your 1st email.

A defect is not size claims or color claims. Swatches are online and you can ask before ordering if you unsure of the color. We inspect every shipment for the color, size and fabric that you chose personally. If we did not send that, we will gladly correct any issue asap. However, if we sent you exactly what you ordered, we will not take any claim. Unless a drastic issue is reported or something has a major defect. If our photographs show no damage upon shipment, will not honor your claim. 

In the event your item arrives defective or we have missed something, we will contact the vendor/manufacture on your behalf. We will offer a repair or replacement if the items was reported within 5 days of being delivered. 

If you have accidentally damaged your own merchandise as it can happen, we can assist you with a promo price on another item only. Depending upon stock availability, Bella Mera Bridal will attempt to replace defective or damaged items. If a replacement cannot be issued in time due to your wedding, you will receive a store credit only for the purchase price plus shipping and handling fees for the item(s). A refund will only get issued if we do not have that item available or the event date is to close, we will not issue a refund.

We understand you may want to try on many items on the website in the comfort of your home and we're just as excited you want to see them. However, we are not a try on service; we sell new unopened merchandise. If your a bulk shopper or prefer to see before you decide to keep the merchandise.

  • Buying two veils or two belts in the same order and ordering all different colors to see which you like 
  • Buying multiple wedding veils or multiple crowns, with the intention of returning one or all so you can where them at an event 
  • If your cart has more than two of any items, the policy is void and they will be final sale. (Ie: buying 2 sashes, buying 3 crowns, buying 3 veils, etc)

Placing multiple or separate orders does not negate this policy (ie: you purchase twice under two different cards or you place separate orders shipping to the same address). This only applies if your buying multiple items of the same thing to see which one you like best.

 

Request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number by filling out the form below. You will receive a confirmation email right away that we received your return and another detailed email with details about your return within 5 business days, including your RMA number and next steps or instructions & address where to send your item. 

Refund Process:

Once your item shows delivered back to us, please allow 5-7 business days for the inspection and to process your return. You will receive a confirmation via email when your return has been processed. We only offer a store credits.

If an item is returned in unacceptable condition, we will send it back to you and no refund will be issued. If your requesting a return for an item listed above non-returnable and final sale, we will not send a RMA number for approval to return. ALL RUSH ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE AND NON-REFUNDABLE
