OUR RETURN POLICY PROMISE
We know that many of our customers are buying for a very special wedding or event and you need a little time to see if something matches or fits just right. Bella Mera Bridal offers a 15 Day Return & Refund Policy + a return fee for most merchandise to better serve our customers. We'll always do our best to take care of customers, we want to deal with you reasonably; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well on your return & follow our Return Policy below. Our policy is very upfront and we will honor this 100%. We guarantee that we'll hold up our end of the bargain. It's just how we want to do business with you and maintain a good relationship with you. The Return Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through www.BellaMeraBridal.com.
15 DAY RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE ORDERS & 3 DAYS FOR MILANO DRESSES
- You have 15 days total including weekends and holidays & 3 days for Milano Dresses from the date of delivery to notify us
- After you have been issued an Return Authorization Number, you have 3 days to send tracking for your return merchandise
- Just log into your account to process the return and click Completed Orders, then Return Items (*Not for Bridesmaids Dresses, the system will auto-reject any Bridesmaids Request, bridesmaids are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or given store credit). You can reset your password here
- Returns will not be accepted after your Wedding or Event date for any reason & auto-voided; therefore your return days can be exceeded if you ordered merchandise to close to your event date
- All sales IN STORE are final sale and ladies bulk ordering multiple items are not eligible for returns. Only one item can be returned (see below about buying several items)
RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON THESE ITEMS - FINAL SALE
Merchandise past the 15 days or 3 days for Milano will not be accepted for any reason. We DO NOT take returns, exchanges or store credits on Bridesmaids Dresses (*Dessy in stock bridesmaids are returnable), Any items from the Erica Koesler Collection, Altered Items, Jewelry, Furs, Slips, Earrings, Garment Bags, Bridal Veil/Hanger Clips, Necklace Sets due to health and hygienic reasons, Junior Bridesmaids, Mens Ties or Mens Accessories,Flower Girl Dresses, Wedding Gowns, Undergarments, Bras, Body Enhancers, Dyed shoes, Wedding Veils WITH blushers added to your veil or any custom modification. Any Colored Wedding Veils or Bridal Sashes/Belts such as champagne, pink, alabaster, oyster, gold, rum pink, black, light mocha, blush veils & light gold are non-returnable. *Wedding veils that are White, Ivory and Diamond White CAN be returned*
ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Our order fulfillment and shipping platform are designed to send orders very efficiently. Our processing begins as soon as an order has been placed, therefore we cannot change, cancel or modify orders. If you contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order and need to make a small change, that may be doable. If you approved a special order or special dates for your order and then change your mind, we cannot cancel your order. We are niche boutique and most merchandise is custom ordered to your specifications just for you.

Refunds - We will offer refunds to your original payment with the return fees below for your category.

A Return Fee of 20% (per item, not per order) for all returns & you pay for shipping back to us & shipping is non-refundable. Your refund will be minus any Free Shipping Fees, Pre-Paid Shipping Fees, Rush Fees & Handling Fees and the 20% Return Fee per item returned. Please note that the original shipping charge of your order is non-refundable. Please note merchandise below $95.00 a $25 minimum return fee will apply.
CATHEDRAL VEIL RETURN FEES (90" inches and Longer)
A Return Fee of 25% (per item, not per order) for all returns & you pay for shipping back to us & this is non-refundable. Your refund will be minus any Free Shipping Fees, Pre-Paid Shipping Fees, Rush Fees & Handling Fees and the 25% Return Fee per item returned. Please note that the original shipping charge of your order is non-refundable.
IN STOCK BRIDESMAIDS RETURN FEES
These are the only bridesmaids dresses that are returnable. You can order it, try it on and return it if you don't love it! Security tag must be attached and no stains with original tags. A Return Fee of $15.00 (per item, not per order) for all returns & you pay for shipping back to us in Virginia. Your refund will be minus any Free Shipping Fees, Pre-Paid Shipping Fees, Rush Fees & Handling Fees and the $15.00 Return Fee per item returned. SEE DRESSES HERE. Please note that the original shipping charge of your order is non-refundable.
A Return Fee of 25% (per item, not per order) for all returns & you pay for shipping back to us in Virginia & this is non-refundable. Your refund will be minus any Free Shipping Fees, Pre-Paid Shipping Fees, Rush Fees & Handling Fees and the 25% Return Fee per item returned. Ivory dyed shoes cannot be returned. If your shoes does not fit, it would be returned for refund only, no exchanges. Be sure to try your shoes indoors on a carpeted surface with hosiery. Any product you wish to return must be sent in its original packaging and in the exact condition in which it was received. Toe markings will not be accepted or scratched up bottoms. Please note that the original shipping charge of your order is non-refundable.
ALYCE PARIS AND MILANO DRESSES RETURN FEES
A Return Fee of 45% (per item) for Alyce Paris and A Return Fee of 20% (per item) for Milano Formals returns & you pay for shipping back to us in Virginia. Your refund will be minus any Free Shipping Fees, Pre-Paid Shipping Fees, Rush Fees & Handling Fees that were pre-paid and the Return Fee per item returned. ****YOU HAVE 3 DAYS TO NOTIFY FOR A RETURN*** We will not accept a return after your event date or if the dress has been worn. Milano Bridesmaids Dresses are non-returnable.
What are the Return Guidelines? (*Bridesmaids are excluded from returns)
- Must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean & free of lint and hair with no markings or odors with the original tags intact.
- Shoes cannot have any toe markings, stained heels and bottoms cannot be scratched or look worn
- If we suspect that the goods have been used, worn or any of the return conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you
- We do not take returns on merchandise that is returned to sender for incorrect address's given to us at the time of shipping. If you provided an incorrect address, there will be $20 Admin Fee and Shipping has to be paid to reship the item & the return policy is no longer available to you.
- If you do a returned to sender package, the return policy becomes voided and the package will be sent back to you. Returns can only be sent back with approval. The return address is NOT the same as our store address. In addition, we will place a $35 Returned to Sender Fee on your account, should you make a purchase in the future.
What if I need to get new merchandise before my return is complete?
New merchandise or replacements cannot be shipped out unless you place a new order as we do not offer exchanges. You will have to place a new order for your new merchandise with the current processing times. Your current return is sole and separate from the new purchase.
Defective or Damaged Merchandise -
This is very rare occurrence and photos of your product will be compared to the original photos when the shipment was sent out. We photograph merchandise upon shipment with your packing slip and the box before shipment. For defective or damaged items, the issue must be reported within 1 days of receiving the shipment. We will not accept returns because you ordered the wrong size, chose the wrong color, accidentally broke/tore merchandise, your event cancelled & now you want a return. To report such items, contact our us immediately via the e-mail address or call us at 888-200-7820 only within 1 days.
A defective dress would be a zipper missing or something drastic (we have never seen a missing zipper, this is an example), not size claims or color claims. We do not make dresses here and we are not a factory that makes dresses,veils or headpieces; you will have to contact the Manufacturer for any type of additional claim, as they are the factory of record, who made your dress at their factory. We inspect every shipment for the color, size and fabric that you chose personally. If we did not send that, we will gladly correct any issue asap. However, if we sent you exactly what you ordered, we will not take any claim.
If you have accidentally damaged your own merchandise as it can happen, we can assist you with a promo price on another item only.
Depending upon stock availability, Bella Mera Bridal will attempt to replace defective or damaged items. If a replacement cannot be issued, you will receive a store credit only for the purchase price plus shipping and handling fees for the item(s). A refund will only get issued if we do not have that item available, a refund will not be issued, it will be store credit only if it's within the 1 days. These items are for special events and you have to open then right away, if you wait to open an item a month later, we will not accept a return.
What if I buy two wedding veils or two items to try them on at home?
First, we do not take returns on worn merchandise. If your a bulk shopper or prefer to see before you decide to keep the merchandise. Our policy is one return per customer in the same category within a 45 day period. Example, if you buy 2 wedding veils,2 Special Occasion Dresses or 2 Headbands, you can only return one item & keep the other. In addition, if you buy merchandise, return it for refund, then purchase another item from the same category (IE: Return a veil, buy another veil) within the 45 days, you cannot process a return,as you have already exhausted your 45 day return guideline. We are Niche Boutique and do not offer try on services at this time. This only applies to if your buying two of the same merchandise types.
What are the next steps to process my return?
Credit Card refunds are done on the 28th of every month. The entire process will take approx 2-3 weeks for credit card returns, depending how soon you notify us of the return and how quickly you return the item after approval. We'll credit your original account of payment during that time, which will show on your next statement for credit card returns, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. You will be notified via email when the refund has been sent back to your card. The below is not for Bridesmaids Dresses, the system will auto-reject any Bridesmaids Request, bridesmaids are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or given store credit)

- Once you have found your order, click the "Completed Orders" button (*Must log in with the original email when the order was placed)
- Select "Return Items"
- Select the item(s) you would like to return and indicate the reason for your return.
- Choose a return for refund. Please note, all returns have a fee, please see the above & you pay for shipping back and any other fees as listed above
