What is a Rush Order? Does it include shipping?

Rush orders and shipping are two completely separate services:

Rush Service = Faster production/processing time
Your item is moved to the front of the production queue and completed sooner than the standard timeframe.

Shipping Method = How quickly the package travels once it's ready
This is the carrier service (UPS 2-Day, Overnight, etc.) that determines transit time after your item ships.

Important: Rush fees do NOT include shipping costs, and shipping fees do NOT include rush services. They must be selected and paid for separately.

Example:

• Standard Processing: Item ships in 2-5 weeks
• With 2-Week Rush + 2-Day UPS Shipping: Item will be ready to ship within 2 weeks, then will arrive 2 days after it ships

Another Example:

• If your item shows "2-5 weeks processing time" and you select Overnight UPS Shipping (but no rush service), your item will still ship in 2-5 weeks—it will just travel overnight once it's ready.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Understanding Processing Times:

Processing time is listed on every product page and indicates when your item will be ready to ship—not when it will arrive at your door.

Example: If an item shows "2-5 weeks processing time":

• Your order will ship no sooner than 2 weeks from your order date
• It may ship anytime up to 5 weeks from your order date
• This is the production window before shipping even begins

Orders placed on weekends: Processing time begins counting on the next business day.

For time-sensitive events: If your wedding date falls close to the maximum processing time, we strongly recommend adding rush service to ensure timely delivery. Items don't always ship at the earliest end of the processing window.

After Processing: Add your selected shipping method's transit time (3-7 days for standard, 2 days for 2-Day, etc.) to estimate total delivery time.

Where Does My Order Ship From?

Most orders ship from our facility. However, in certain situations—particularly for rush orders or urgent event dates—items may ship directly from our trusted vendors within the United States to expedite delivery.

Exception: All bridesmaids dresses are always personally packaged and shipped directly from our location to ensure quality control.

General Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping:

• Free Shipping: 3-7 business days transit time with tracking (when offered)
• We ship via UPS, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS First Class Mail with tracking
• West Coast Deliveries: UPS Ground may take an additional 5 business days
• Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages on different days

International Shipping:

• We ship worldwide
• Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes upon arrival
• International orders are final sale (see our return policy)

Tracking Your Order:

You'll receive three email notifications:

1. Order Confirmation – Immediately after purchase
2. "Shipping Soon" Alert – When your order is being prepared (status updates to "shipping soon")
3. Tracking Number – Sent within 24-48 hours of the "shipping soon" email with your carrier tracking details

You can also log into your account anytime to view tracking information once your order has shipped.

What If My Item Is Unavailable?

We update our inventory frequently, but occasionally items may be backordered or discontinued by our vendors.

If this happens:

• You'll be contacted immediately by our customer service team
• We'll explain the delay or offer alternative options
• You'll never be left wondering about your order status
