Rush Orders and Shipping

What is a Rush Order & does that include shipping?

Rush order simply means that Bella Mera Bridal/Manufacturer/Designer cuts or produces your product/order sooner than the normal production or processing time in a much faster time frame. Processing time does not include shipping transit time. If you pay for a 2 week rush and 2 day UPS that would mean, we ship it out within 2 weeks and the method will be 2 day UPS. Rush is a service that is optional and shipping is for freight costs only. When you pay for shipping that DOES NOT include rush fees of any kind. Example: If your item shows 2 to 5 weeks processing time and you pay for overnight UPS Shipping, this does not mean the item ships to you that next day, this means, your items will ship in 2 to 5 weeks and when ready; will be shipped overnight.

Where does my merchandise ship from? 

In cases where the shipping point differs from our location, such as originating directly from our vendors, it would occur within the United States through our website. This arrangement might arise when rush or imminent event dates necessitate this approach. However, please note that for all bridesmaids dresses, the process remains consistent: they are meticulously packaged, shipped, and dispatched directly by us.

General Shipping Info

  • Free Shipping offers are usually 3-7 business days transit time with tracking
  • We do ship internationally and you pay for your own custom fees, duties and taxes upon arrival
  • All of our orders are shipped via UPS, Priority Mail or First Class Mail Only w/tracking
  • Orders are shipped after the processing times or your selected delivery dates
  • UPS Ground can take an additional 5 business days to arrive at locations on the west coast
  • Orders containing more than one item may ship in multiple packages and may ship on different days
  • Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information
  • If you purchase an item not available by your date or not in stock. You will be contacted by a customer service representative

Will I get tracking information for my order?

Certainly. Once your package is prepared for shipment, we will promptly notify you via email. You can expect an email alert when your order is ready, and its status will be updated to "shipping soon." Subsequently, your items will be dispatched within 24-48 hours from that point. Upon shipment, you will receive another email containing the tracking number. Feel free to log in to your account to access the tracking number as soon as you are informed about the shipment. In case you've received the notification email indicating that your order has been shipped, you will find the tracking details within that specific email.

When will I get my merchandise? 

If your item states it will ship in 2 to 5 weeks. This means your merchandise will ship out to you anytime no sooner than 2 weeks and can ship out late as 5 weeks from Bella Mera Bridal. If you place an order on the weekend, your days start on the next business day. If your event falls very close to the processing time, please order rush, they don't always ship exact 2 weeks. 

Every product can vary, please see the item for shipping times. Please see the individual product for shipping times. In some cases items may be on backorder and discontinued by our vendors/suppliers. We update our product catalog frequently. If we find such a situation, you will be notified right away if any of your items are on backorder, delayed in any way or discontinued and no longer available.
